Making the Icon of Lighting

This high quality Arch lamp is an exacting reproduction of the original “Arco Lamp.” The first Arco Lamp was designed and produced in 1962.  Credit for the original goes to its designer Achille Castiglioni.  This high quality reproduction features the highest quality materials which were present in the original. Often described as a “must have” in mid century modern lighting. The original Arco Lamp was conceived in 1962. Many rooms have an electric output in the middle of the ceiling with the assumption that a table or setting will be centered in the room. This is limiting from a design perspective and most often just not the case. This clearly annoyed Archille Castiglioni, who invented the Arch Lamp to overcome the design limiting electric output situation. Now the base of light source would travel from one part of the room, spanning to its desired location and do so with modern flair. More often than not iconic pieces like the Arco Lamp, with its Arch style, take hold and become classics not on looks alone but by offering practical solutions to design difficulties.

Carrara Marble has been used since the time of Ancient Rome. It is the premium surfacing material for building construction and sculptural art.Carrara features a white based marble with bluish/grey veining throughout. Many scultpures of the Renaissance including Michaelangelo's David were created using Carrara Marble. There are 650 quarry sites Carrara Apaun Alps where more marble is quarried than any other place on earth.

The safe arrival of your items is guaranteed and no obstacle is too large. We will do anything necessary to complete your delivery with quality, care and a smile. Average delivery times are 9-12 business days from the day your order leaves the Kardiel warehouse.

Curbside Residential Delivery

This economical delivery option brings your new furnishings direct to your home or business. The term curbside indicates that the items are brought to the "curb" but not inside the home.

This is a signed delivery option which means you will need to be present to accept the delivery. You will need to be prepared to carry the items into your home or office as this service does not include inside delivery. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the Kardiel warehouse. Average delivery times nationwide for this service are 7-10 business days from the day the shipment leaves the Kardiel warehouse. The delivery is guaranteed safe when you inspect and sign with the driver for any potential shipping damage. The delivery company calls to schedule the delivery date and window of time as the arrival date of your items draws closer.

Hawaii & Alaska orders allow average 12-18 business days for arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for advertised "continental U.S" shipping promotions. As over water transport is involved, the shopping cart will not calculate
